Bio: Steven Buyer was a very corrupt business fur-son, who cheated and stole from many people. As a land Developer, he bought land to develop for new neighborhoods or businesses. He stole most of the land he got and made money off it. Then he decided to take land from Yosemite National Park. Hiring terrorists and a few super-villains, he launched an attack on the National Park, killing many soldiers and civilians, until Chinese-American super-heroine, Jade Warrior, Came to the rescue and took down the head of the operation, Steven him self. Without their leader and his money, the evil army gave up.

Steven was sent to jail for life, but he escaped in 2009 and soon decided to take Revenge on the United States government. he decided to try and kill the President when he visited San Francisco by planting bombs on the Golden Gate Bridge. As he was planting the first bomb, he was soon caught in the act by a new hero, American Wolf. What he did not know was that American Wolf was the adopted daughter of Jade Warrior, the same Super-heroine who locked him away.

Trying to escape, he accidentally set off the bombs, which were in fact now powerful enough to do any damage to the bridge as they were in fact low-yield incendiary bombs, which soon burnt his body and caused him to fall off before American Wolf could do anything to save him.

when he was recovered, he was still alive, but his body was too damaged. But one Rouge Scientist soon decided that his brain was good enough and stole Steven's body and soon transplanted his brain into a Titanium-Diamond Alloy body. But it was to be the last thing he did was the now robotic Steven killed the Scientist. His mind had snapped and now he had a new quest: To Destroy all Lifeforms on Earth and leave it a barren world. Killing many superheroes, The Developer looked to be unstoppable, until American Wolf and Jade Warrior took him down in a battle in Galena, Kansas. the Developer barely escaped with his body intact.

He is the only known super-villain to have a reward of ten billion USD for his capture or destruction.

Powers: Developer is armed with two wist mounted Machine Guns on his left wist and a retractable blade on his right. Being a Robot, he can interface with Computers. Super strong and almost invulnerable.

Weakness: cannot swim or fly. His Brain is his one weak spot and has to protect it as it is the only biological part of him left.

Strengths:

Dhampir: She is a Dhampir, a Hybrid of Vampire and mortal. She has all of the Strengths of a Vampire with out the weaknesses. Also called a ‘daywalker’.

Black Magic user: Uses Black Magic like her father, Count Dracula. She can summon storms, hordes of rats and bats, control animals and shadows.

Alchemist: She is very good in using Alchemy, she can use it to create potions to use against her enemies.

Immune to Toxins and Knock-Out Gasses: She cannot be poisoned by any known chemical and she is immune to many knock out gasses, even the dreaded Somaform.

Mind Control: She can use mind control to make someone do her bidding or to erase her victims Memories. She can also use this against any telepath trying to read her mind, taking control of that furson.

The Order of The Dragon: She has an Army that is loyal to her, one made up of Super-Villains and Black Magic constructs that she controls.

Queen of the Vampires: By biting a furson and making them drink her blood, she can turn them into a Vampire that is under her control.

Sonic Scream: she can let loose a deadly sonic scream that can kill any furson by causing their brain and other organs to burst from the power of it.

Weaknesses:

Bright Lights: Like all Vampires and Dhampir, she can be blinded by bright lights.

Bite of a Were-Beast: the venom of a Were-beast can kill any Vampire or Dhampir, Victoria included.

Stake through the Heart: Like with many Dhampir and Vampires, a Stake through the heart can kill her.

Arrogant and bad tempered: At times, Victoria can be very arrogant and hard headed and her temper can get the best of her.

Obsession with American Wolf: Not just obsessed with the patriotic wolf, but she is in love with her and that sometimes leads to her undoing in battles against American Wolf and could also lead to her killing fursons who might harm her ‘beloved’.

Bio:

The Story of Dracula may seem like a good horror story, but what was unknown is that the events of the novel did happen, somewhat edited by Bram Stoker at the request of those involved. But yet one legacy still has not been known was the fact that Wilhelmina Harker and Jonathan Harker did not have a son as the book said, but a daughter that was in fact the child of Dracula himself, conceived when he forced Mina to suck his blood, she would become the most infamous of all the Dhampir (Vampire/Mortal Hybrids).

Victoria never got along with anyone, not even her own family. She never saw Jonathan as her father and hated him.In fact it is rumored that she murdered him once she found out that she was the daughter of Dracula.

After her ‘father’ and mother died, she would move to Carfax Estate and have it repaired. It was from there that she would start her murders, going after Prostitutes in the Whitechapel area. This lead to the hunt for the killer, who many will call “Jack The Ripper”, who was in fact Victoria, dressed as a male to keep herself hidden.

After The First World War, she would buy the old Castle Dracula and repair it, making it a base for her own reign of terror in Transylvania. She would also be a terror to both the Axis Armies and to the Soviet Armies in World War II when she attacked units that were too close to the Castle, making the area around the Castle a ‘No-Man’s Land’ for a very long time.

Soon Victoria restarted the Order of the Dragon, recruiting super-villains from Eastern Europe and the UK and creating a type of fungi that would take over the already dead brain of a dead furson, turning them into reanimated zombies to be her Knights of the Dragon.

In 2013, Victoria would buy a house in the City of Joplin so she could expand her reach deep into the United States. She soon started after homeless Fursons and Prostitutes in a repeat of the Whitechapel murders. Only to face a new enemy, one that she soon fell in love with: American Wolf. She is the only villain who knows the identity of American Wolf.

She is still in operation in Missouri.

Personality: She is ruthless and deadly, easy to anger, but when it comes to a few fursons, such as Raiana Yu Long/American Wolf, she is very loving and would protect her, even as the two are enemies.

History: The Vietnamese Government wants her dead, the US Government wants her UNDER a Prison forever, The Homosexual Community has a reward on her head and she wants to make Gay Porn...and rob banks, create robots and cause chaos everywhere. Ming Yang Mien has always been a criminal. Born in the mist of the First Indochina War, Ming was born in a den of Thieves, as her mother and father were highway robbers. She had a knack for building clock-work robots and using them to steal from the Việt Minh and French soldiers. When the Vietnam War started, the little mouse soon found a new calling: Pornography. She soon decided to make Porn films by using unwilling subjects, and who better then the US Army and The Viet Cong. sending her Robots after both groups, she forced the captured troopers to do sex acts on each other.

This soon got Both sides to hunt her down as a War Criminal, but she outsmarted them. When the North conquered the South, Ming soon escaped. Building a very badly built boat, she used that as bait for pirates that were attacking Refugee Boats. The pirates who found the boat soon sent a SOS that scared the US Navy "Đức Phật giúp chúng tôi!Những người ba kim loại được cưỡng hiếp!" "Buddha Help us! The Metal Men are Raping US!" Over that SOS call was the laughter of Ming, who soon radioed the Navy declaring "Mecha-Mouse is coming! Hide your Men!"

Soon Mecha-Mouse landed in the United States and started a crime spree, robbing banks, stores even The Weather Underground and Black Panthers. Because of her use of unwilling males in her illegal porn films, Many in the Gay Community put the reward of $500,000 on her head because she was giving Homosexuals a bad name.

It is known that Mecha-Mouse soon join a Organization, Criminal Enterprise, and soon built the Cyber-Samurais and Cy-terions for them. She is still wanted by Vietnam and the US Government for crimes against Humanity and forceable rape of soldiers.

Story: When Lu Yù Láng, a retired Super heroine once known as Jade Warrior, discovered a baby on her door step, it looked like a case of a abandoned baby. the only clues were a Frankish sword and a Name tag with the name "Raiana". But the history of Raiana Yù Láng was even wrieder then anything ever thought.

Raiana was in fact a daughter of Charlemagne, King of The Franks and First Emperor of the Holy Roman Empire. Her mother was Luitgard, who was a descendant of Leonidas of Sparta, who lead 300 Spartans against Persian King Xerxes I.

She also had a twin sister who was then unnamed, until after the night of their birth (and the death of their mother) members of a Cult of Aries attacked the castle and kidnapped one of the twins, leaving Raiana, who was saved from the kidnappers by a knight.

Knowing that Raiana would be targeted again, Charlemagne gave the young wolf pup to the Immortal Wizard Merlin to keep safe. Merlin knew that The Cult of Aries wanted the twins to restart the Pagan Roman Empire, Merlin sent Raiana to 20th Century San Francisco.

Raised by her new family, Raiana developed a sense of Justice and a love for both the Chinese Culture and American Values. Living in Chinatown, Raiana saw that the Triads and Tong had too much power. This soon came to ahead when one of her friends was gunned down by unknown gunmen. Saddened, Raiana went to the antic of her home and soon discovered the sword that was with her when she was born, she also found a Team USA Gymnastics Leotard from the 1980 Games in LA. Donning the Leotard and a pair of red boots, she soon started a hunt for the killers.

After beating up Tong and Triad thugs, she soon found out that her friend was targeted because her uncle was in fact a Triad Crime Lord and that the gunmen were not Triad or Tong, they were Japanese Yakuza. Going to the warehouse that was the Triad hideout and soon found the Yakuza.

The uncle was dead along with his men and standing in the middle was a group of Yakuza Gangsters, two figures in Samurai Armor and a Vixen dressed like a ninja. The Vixen, Black Kitsune, was the leader of the San Francisco Branch of the Yakuza and a member of another organization, the Mysterious Criminal Enterprise. Raiana soon decided to try and take her revenge on the Yakuza. Black Kitsune soon ordered the two Samurai, which were robots, to attack the intruder. Raiana soon discovered some other things. She punched through one of the Samurai Droids like it was made of paper and tossed the other like it was a rag doll. Using the sword, which was in fact the Sword of Clovis I, she deflected the bullets from the Yakuza gangsters.

After defeating the gangsters and forcing Black Kitsune to retreat, Raiana soon phoned the police and they arrested the yukuza members.

Later on she would secretly fight crime, not publicly showing her self. The Police thought it was the work of other Superheroes, even through rumors of a new hero came, and Raiana soon was known as "The American Wolf".

Later own she would soon get accepted  to Missouri Southern State University near the city of Joplin, Missouri. She arived four weeks after May 22.

on May 22, 2011, Joplin was hit by a EF-5 Tornado which destroyed part of Joplin. a Week after the Tornado, someone else came to Joplin. Shēnhóng Fūrén, The Head of Criminal Enterprise and so-called "Empress of Crime" came to Joplin for one thing; to take over the criminal element of the city. Criminal Enterprise was Created to take over the criminal underworld and Joplin was one in a long line of cities that Criminal Enterprise moved into. Taking over all drug trafficking, prostitution, Gun Running and other things, Shēnhóng soon controlled most of the Disaster Ravage city's crime. The JPD was Powerless.

In MSSU, Raiana made friends with Lena Merryweather, AKA, Sports Lioness. Lena was investigating the rise of crime in Joplin, trying to find out what was causing the crime wave. One night, at a warehouse in Downtown, she was captured by the Cheese-Wheel Gang, minions of Criminal Enterprise. The Gangsters took her to Black Kitsune and Shiva-Kali, the leader of The Thugiees. But unknowingly, Sports Lioness was fallowed by Raiana.

American Wolf had been busy that night, starting her first official appearance by stopping a Bank Robbery. When she came to the Dorms, she saw Sports Lioness coming out of the window of her and Lena's Room. Fallowing her, Raiana soon discovered Sports Lioness captured and about to be killed by a masked canine wearing Roman Armor. Raiana soon jumped into the room kicking the masked canine away from Sports Lioness and soon fought the Criminal Enterprise Goons. Cuting the Ropes from Sports Lioness, Raiana soon recongized Lena and together the two fought the criminals. After knocking out Shiva-Kali and Black Kitsune, American Wolf and Sports Lioness soon turned to the Masked Canine and soon found that her mask came off and to Raiana's Horror SHE LOOKED LIKE HER!

The Wolfess was no other then Raiana's twin sister, Alexandria. Rased by the Cult of Aries, she was named the new Pagan Empress of Rome, until the cult was destroyed by their half-brother; Louis The Pious. the Two sisters soon started a sword fight. The Sword of Clovis vs. The Sword of Mars.

The Battle ended in a Draw and Alexandria escaped on a air ship. Seeing that she was now in a war with a Organization that would destroy all she held dear, Raiana decided to fight Criminal Enterprise and all crime. With the help of Sports Lioness, American Wolf was soon one of Joplin's greatest Heroes.

Powers: Super strength, able to fight with a sword, Marshal Arts that she learnt from her father and some Telekinetic powers.
